Our Leadership Programs are a gathering of girls from different backgrounds and communities who come together to learn about leadership, develop their leadership skills, and connect with other girls who are passionate about making a difference.   • Workshops on leadership skills such as goal setting, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving

Teen Moms in Action (TEMIA) is a transformative program aimed at empowering and supporting young mothers. The program will gather 100 teenage mothers for a day filled with enriching activities, discussions, and mentorship sessions, focusing on health and wellness, parenting, leadership, completing education, and exploring career paths or entrepreneurship.

The TeenTrailblazer Program for girls in Grade 9-11 is designed with a multifaceted purpose, aiming to empower and prepare young women for leadership roles in their matriculation and tertiary education.

SeventhGrade Spark, is a transformative program specially designed for 7th-grade girls, aiming to ignite their potential and equip them with the essential skills and mindset for a successful transition to high school. In the journey towards adolescence and beyond, this program is carefully crafted to inspire, empower, and foster personal growth, ensuring that each participant is well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

STEAM Wonderland for Future Innovators– an enchanting journey into the realms of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), specially crafted for the bright young minds of girls aged 9 to 11.. This program serves as a gateway to the future, offering girls the chance to discover the diverse and rewarding careers within the fields of science and technology.

The Leadership Weekend Retreat is an exciting time where we to create an immersive and empowering environment for these young leaders, offering workshops and activities that will equip them with the necessary skills and confidence to lead effectively in 2025. The retreat will serve as a platform to celebrate their current impacts on society, recognizing the positive changes they have already initiated in their communities.
