Our beautifully curated Butterfly Farm is one of a kind in the Southern Hemisphere. With carefully selected plant species and a wide range of butterflies visiting the garden.
Conservation, Education and Research are the pillars that our goals are aligned to. We offer guided tours where visitors enjoy a magical learning experience with sound environmental knowledge.

Our facility is designed for children aged 6 and above. Our schools tour is at 9.30am. Teachers and drivers do not pay for bookings provided there are no more than 4 per school.

Grade R Program
This is a custom made program for grade R kids only. Schools must contact us directly to make a booking. R 50per child

General Public
R 80 age 6 and above
We welcome all members of the public (children aged 6 and above) to experience a day with us. The activities include the guided tour and presentation. Enjoy learning about the butterfly and its impact on food production as well as how it relates to the work we do.
No pets allowed.
Bring your own meals. Masks must be worn and regular hand sanitizing is encouraged. Families please take note of the ages of kids before booking with us. Our tour is at 10.30am.
We do not accept walk-in’s. All visitors must book online.
Cancellations may be requested a month before your booking and will result in penalties – 40% of your booking fee will be withheld. You may request a change of dates but we need 4 weeks notice sent via email. Last minute cancellations will result in NO REFUNDS.
Do note that if you pay on a later date; your requested day may be fully booked and you will be notified to choose the next available day. Bookings are only confirmed once the payment reflects in our accounts.
