A day for leaders to meet, share their project plans and receive guidance on the way forwards. This picnic was held at Zoolake in Johannesburg. Fun, food and bonding made this day memorable!
Renowa held a school stationery drive in Dube, Soweto. The aim was to source school supplies for kids in need. These kids were identified by the Senaone and Chiawelo social workers offices. Renowa is an example of what Supreme Girl can do as she learns to change the face of her community.

The Vita Basadi Awards were held on the 31st August at the Joburg City Hall. The host was the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. Our Founder, Mrs Helen Mthembu won the award for Community Builder of the Year. We are proud of the work she does in being such an amazing example to the younger leaders.
On the 22 August 2018 we held our annual conference in partnership with the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. Together we hosted 1500 girls from across Gauteng. The girls enjoyed a day of inspiration, career guidance, leadership masterclass and motivational speeches by our very own young leaders.
Supreme Girls in the Gap Year Program served the church by cleaning the garden and planting some flowers. They also served the elderly with lunch and handed out clothing to the needy.
We spent the day in Vilikazi Street which is famous for the riots by the students many years ago. We walked to Pfeni High where the march was fueled and towards Hector Peterson Museum.
