At Supreme Girls we define leadership as knowing who you are, what you believe, and being able to express your beliefs effectively to influence others. We see girls’ everyday relationships with friends, family, and peers as leadership opportunities.
Leadership isn’t only for those individuals who land formal roles, but is a way of life that every girl can live every day. Our goal is to reach girls across Africa and beyond to stand up and lead by serving their communities, changing their environment and impacting lives.
We are raising young female leaders who within a decade will occupy positions of influence in public office, corporate structures and large civil organisations. Transparency is a value that leaders are taught and grow up with, accountability is a function of ethics and morality. Supreme Girls is founded on Christian principles which are passed on by example. The triple bottom line approach to business is a core theme at Supreme Girls. Girls are taught the value of generating profit to impact people’s lives and preserve the planet, so natural resources are already being recycled for our own materials.
